I took these few pictures of a girl who I have photographed since she was an infant. Between her and her siblings....I think I have taken over a thousand photos of them.

It is clear that she has grown into a lovely young lady...

Not much was going on....My parents and brother and his wife ;) had been out of town and I was sad....



Now that my parents are back and my brother and Denise are in route, I feel better...

This is Denise and her Dad.

As some of you may know, Denise is my Brother's Fiance----and will be his wife tomorrow. (yay!)

Her Dad has been sick for the last few weeks and passed away last night.

I can't imagine what Denise is going through....I can just say that my thoughts are with her and hope that this week will be a happy joyous occasion considering the tragedy that she has gone through.

Love you Denise.....and love your Dad.

Since Billy and I were sheltered and never participated in outdoor activities, we had to make up our own entertainment....this included taking Rocky inspired pictures. Trust me, I have tons of him!!!

I can never post without a picture....

So even though this post has really no meaning, I thought I would post this lovely picture of my burly (he likes when I call him that) cousin Steve. You wil see here that he is fishing and a gust of wind almost took his pretty umbrella away.....I must say he was fast!

Anyway, back to the post.....

speaking of burly men, My man is out of town. He is with his sister at the place I like to call hell on earth. Elephant Butte Lake. Where shade is scarce and the sun rays can cook your skin. Not my idea of fun. I am sure he is having a good time and I will also this weekend. I plan on getting things organized in the ole scrap room and who knows....maybe scrap a little.

I am also excited that someone posted a comment on this blog other than my dear friend Denise....Her name is Sharon and would love to know more about her so, Sharon if you are reading, send me a shout out and if you have a blog, I would love to add it to my many that I read each day.....
