Since it has been so long since my last post....

Let's do a bit of randmoness, mixed with a bit of rant, added with a bit of senseless information about.....ME!

1. I have 2660 songs on my iPod.

2. My smooth jazz station has moved to a staticy crappy station (rant)

3. I have my favorite camera lens back.

4. Song I am listening to now is Strawberry Letter 23 by Brothers Johnson.

5. Thought of my friend Ron Landovazo today when I heard Outstanding by the Gap Band. He gave me that album when I was 10

6. My favorite movie of all time is The Color Purple.

7. I know all the words to Strawberry Letter 23.

8. I love the number 8

9. I just got Will and Grace Season 7 in the mail, haven't opened Season 6 yet.

10. I will get all of the seasons, cuz I am obsessed like that.

11. Ness is the funniest kid EVER!

12. I love coffee.

13. I am still having ear problems.

14. I am a grumpy ass person in the mornings.

15. Today is Mariah's 14th Birthday

16. I have been with Scott for 15 years. I count by how old Mariah is.

17. I can't wait for Christmas this year.

18. I hope my Mother makes snowball cookies.

19. Mom, will you make snowball cookies? PLEEEEEAAAASSSEEEE!

20. I don't want the recipie, I just want you to make them.

21. Strawberry Letter 23 is over.

22. I don't know why they named it that, in the song they reference Strawberry Letter 22.

23. (notice the number) What is a strawberry letter anyway?

24. I have many ideas in my head about things I want to do for the holidays which involves my photography, but sadly I don't think I will get to it.

25. I am so excited that my cousin Chris, Blanca, Edgar, & Alex will be staying with us for a few days at Christmas.....The tequila has already been purchased.

26. My brother loves tequila.

27. I am considering getting satelite radio because of the jazz station situation.

28. I am loving the area of my office this year for the holidays. Going to the mall for lunch.

29. I get my haircut on sunday!! :)

30. Tonight I will clean my house.

31. My Dad wonders why I keep such a clean house but my car looks like a garbage can.

32. My Mom taught me how to clean house, he should have taught me to clean cars.

33. The medicine I just bought expired in MARCH!!!

I am going through a Jonathan Butler phase....

Could it be my Brother and his wife are on a smooth jazz cruise and are seeing him live?

Not pictured here are: Story Of Life, A Brand New Day, & Head to Head....all purchased on itunes.

Also the Richard Elliot Crush and Forever, For Always, For Luther Volume II were purchased soley because of Jonathan Butler....

yeah, I got it bad.

This song

This man.

This man and this song.

I can't even put into words what this song does to me.

When my Uncle was ill and praying for a miracle, I would play this song over and over and over. In my car, in my home, and once with him.

The day of his service was bittersweet. It was finally over. The pain, the suffering and for the first time in many months, my time was....my time.

Don't get me wrong, I had a choice, oh yes a choice. My choice was to do exactly as I did and I have NEVER had any regrets. But finally, time.for.me.

During his service I didn't cry much. I didn't let go. I cried so many tears I don't think I could ever cry again.

That night, my brother and I had tickets to see Jonathan Butler.

Finally, time for me.

This was my first time seeing Mr. Butler and I was so excited. His voice is big and his faith strong. And for a few hours I didn't think of anything but the beautiful music that he made.

Until.

Until he sang this song.

Then like a dam breaking the emotions that I held in all day flooded and the tears flowed. It was as if I were the only person in the room and he was singing to only me.

The precise moment I felt Tim with me, my brother grabbed my hand and I knew.....Everything is going to be alright.

Billy and Denise are on a ship.

Will sing this song.

And I miss them terribly.

I hope they think of me when he sings it and I can't wait until they get back.

I wanna hear everything......

My Angel being the Mama in this picture.

Normally I don't post pics of Nessa in my blog (with respect to the parents) but I am going to make an exception this time, mostly because this is the only picture I have available to Steph)

Anyway.....My Angel turns 23 today!!!! I cannot even believe it. It seems just like yesterday I was driving her to McDonalds to get some french fries and now I do it with her daughter. Sometimes I look in the back seat and I am taken back 20 years ago. Steph and Ness are very similiar at this age. Ness is an awesome combination of both her Mommy and Daddy and has her own personality and is just a cutie cutie cutie...

Wait.

How did this turn into a story about Ness?

Let's get back to the birthday girl.....

Steph.

I am very proud of you. Of how you and Chris are raising Ness. Of how you went back to school and are now doing what you were meant to do. You are talented and will no doubt be successful in your new career.

Still I can't believe you are 23.

Mine was great! Saturday hung out with Anto and later TNT who now feels the need to strip her barbies of their clothes immediately....Not important to the blog, but that's what I did

Scott and I also got up at the butt crack of dawn (4:00 am) and rode to Chama to ride the train to Antonito. Janna & Mariah bought this for us for Christmas and since next week is the last week and we have plans, we figured we best go this weekend.

It was really fun! I have a ton of photos to go through, I am sure there are better ones than this but this is what I saw last night when we got home....

Also last week Grey's? Totally redeemed itself in my books.... totally!

**tap** **tap** **tap** Is this thing on?

so, um, yeah....I suck.

I really need to keep up with this thing here.....

But I have no idea what to say and pretty certain no one reads this anymore. If you do, thank you!

Ok, it's Thursday which means 2 things.

Grey's Anatomy

Now, my thoughts on last week's?

Mostly negative, but here it goes....bullet style

• What is up with Christina & Alex's hair? Just because they had a 2 week break why did their style change? Christina looks like Laura Ingalls.
• I miss Addison and especially Burke. 2 major characters. Even though Isiah Washington said hateful and stupid things, he will definitly be missed from this show. He worked that Burke character like no one's business and I think Christina needs answers.....maybe tonight she will get them as I see Dianah Carrol's character is on... It's just, I WANT BURKE BACK!
• Lexi Grey. Lexi is an intern. She is there to learn a job. She needs to do her freaking job and worry about Meredith during break time. She was suppose to get Sheppard for an emergency situation and she is staring at Meredith. WORK GIRLY! I am kind of excited to see where her character goes, but if she doesn't take her "internship" seriously and spends the entire season staring at Mer, then I am over her.
• Speaking of over, Mer/Der need to get get it on or get off! 'nuff said.
• I did love Bailey and her attitude....She went through hell last season with interns covering up and killing people and now that she is free of them, she can move on. And since she wasn't chosen as Chief, let Callie deal with them....
• I feel sorry for Callie. I really do. She loves George. When she married him, she thought he loved her. He doesn't, he loves Izzie, who has loved everyone but the Chief. Even though I love Callie, I don't think George is right for her....she needs a stronger man.
• George and Izzi like Mer/Der need to get on or get off. And seriously, the bambi scene? Did not love it.
• And as a final note, why are there so many new interns and will they all play a part now? That is alot of people to keep track of....

And there you have it....I still love Grey's and will watch each episode at least 3 times but these are my concerns and I hope everything will work itself out......

I promise I won't go so long between posts....can't guarantee the content being earth shattering, but I will post...
