The Man has big balls.....

A little intro to the story....

For the last few weeks Scott and his Dad have been going fishing to various places around the state. One day, I joined them when they went to Isleta Lakes. I wanted to use my camera and get some practice in....needless to say, Isleta Lakes is not very pretty....so not much happened there....

Fast forward to yesterday. The guys went to Pecos.

Me: How was your day?

Him: It was nice, we finally got fish this time

Me: How was the weather, was it nice out?

Him: Yeah, it was really pretty. I think the next time we go, I will take your camera

(DEAD SILENCE.......crickets........could hear a pin drop)

There were no words for me to say.... ha ha ha

Actually I would let him take my baby if he asked.....but I don't think he ever would....

He is a cutie....Love that with all of the kids running around that day, I found him content and by himself. I had to clone out some things off his face....seems that right before this was taken, he was enjoying some chocolate birthday cake.....

Good times....Good times....

What started out as a Mother's Day BBQ turned into Studio 54......

We had SOOO much fun. We danced, drank spirits, and had a WONDERFUL time. The best part? Is the last picture.....It's been so long since this woman smiled.....Love it!

Howard's new cd's release date was suppose to be on May 15th. I planned on buying it at the store so that I could read word by word the cd cover. However yesterday when I was on itunes, I typed in Howard Hewett into the search just to see if the cd would be available for preorder. To my DELIGHT, it was for sale. I immediately raced home after work and downloaded it. I AM IN HEAVEN......Of course, he could sing the yellow pages and I would love it.

Am I still going to buy the cd on May 15th? you ask....You bet your sweet ass I am. I only do this for Howard.....

Happy Birthday Grandma!!!

Today is Betty's 85th birthday! I have a ton of pictures of her on my home computer but none on this one. :(

I want to give her a shout out on her actual day!

She is so independent! She still drives, lives on her own and is loved by so many people. She, along with my aunt, cousins, and TNT make 5 generations! Very cool!

I will definitely take alot of pictures this weekend at her birthday party that I have not gotten officially invited to (hint, hint Aunt Ruth) but am going....

In other news....

I am sad to say that Reverend Alden from Little Prairie on the House (as we call it) passed away today.....I love that show!
